
Prior to get liliwatan training, student has to pass basic grade (white
belt). In basic grade, student exercises to achieve the standard of body
fitness and ability to perform punching, kicking, counter attacking, falling
technique in good shape.
Liliwatan (green belt) consist of three levels of training. Training is
emphasized in street fighting technique. Student exercises to attack the
opponent and counter attack as well, by using simple but effective
combination of movement.
